What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in automotive panel beating, including dent repair, reshaping vehicle panels, and structural repairs
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Strong team player attitude with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill enhancement

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Thatcham repair times and manufacturer standards
• Knowledge of BSI 10125 Kitemark work requirements
• Experience working with a busy workshop environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous hands-on experience in an automotive body shop
• Relevant technical or vocational qualifications in vehicle repair or panel beating

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and handle vehicle components safely
• Commitment to health and safety protocols, including PPE use
• Valid work authorization for the UK
