Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager, Automotive Sales Manager or Car Sales Manager to join a busy dealership in Wolverhampton. Applicants must have previous automotive sales management experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
Location: Orpington
Pay / salary: £46,000 basic + bonus & company car, OTE: £106,000
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am–5:00pm and currently every other Sunday 10:00am–4:00pm

Skills and experience
• Experience as a Sales Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Car Sales Manager or similar dealership management role
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
• Good understanding of vehicle sales processes and dealership performance
Job Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role
• Lead, coach and motivate the dealership sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Monitor sales performance, customer enquiries, conversion rates and team activity
• Support Sales Executives throughout the vehicle sales process and help maximise opportunities
• Manage new and used vehicle sales activity while maintaining high customer service standards
• Ensure accurate sales administration and compliance with dealership procedures
• Develop the sales team through coaching, performance management and ongoing training
• Work closely with senior management to drive overall dealership performance
