Job Description
Vehicle AdministratorLocation: Portsmouth
Salary: £29,000 per annum (O.T.E £31,000)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Ref: 29296
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to join our client’s Portsmouth dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful, family-run multi-franchise group that has been recognised with numerous industry awards. We are looking for someone with proven experience in the motor industry, ideally in accounts or vehicle administration.

Vehicle Administrator Role
• Manage vehicle funding and keep the Sales Manager informed
• Maintain accurate stock and CRM records
• Process vehicle orders, registrations, and tax documentation
• Handle part exchange and trade vehicle paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service and support team goals
• Ensure GDPR and Health & Safety compliance
Vehicle Administrator Requirements
• Previous experience in vehicle administration or motor industry accounts
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and confident with data and documentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
