Warranty Administrator
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm,

We are currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator role to join our client’s main dealership in the Insert Location area. Ideally, we are seeking an individual with previous experience as a Warranty Administrator and a strong understanding of warranty processes.
Warranty Administrator Role
• Responsible for managing the warranty process within the service department, working closely with both service advisors and management.
• Oversee all warranty claims to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with both group and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain organised records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
• Process warranty claims promptly, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution of all issues.
• Assist with warranty audits and ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
Key Requirements
• A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator within a main dealership.
• Good knowledge of 1Link and/or Kerridge dealership systems.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
