Job Description

Site Co-Ordinator
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum, £32,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

Are you experienced in dealership logistics and ready to take charge of a busy site? We're recruiting a Site Co-Ordinator to oversee the logistics operations at a very busy site in Aylesbury for a well renowned, nationwide company.

Site Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day logistics of the site including car park operations, vehicle movements, and transport coordination.
  • Liaise with fleet departments and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
  • Maintain site standards and ensure vehicles are displayed and prepared to a high standard.
  • Support dealership operations with system updates and accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Site Co-Ordinator Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in or around a vehicle dealership is essential
  • Strong background in fleet logistics, transport coordination, or site operations
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with dealership systems
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence
