What You’ll Do:

• Manage retail and workshop customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships, setting accurate expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process service and parts orders efficiently, ensuring same-day completion.
• Complete vehicle health checks and support stock control processes.
• Carry out administrative functions accurately and on time.
• Support the Parts Manager with daily operational duties.
• Answer customer calls, log stock discrepancies, and provide outstanding care.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Service Advisor or similar automotive customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a strong customer-care focus.
• Practical computer system knowledge, with the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence (to be confirmed).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience within a dealership environment, ideally in the automotive aftersales sector.
• Experience with vehicle health checks and stock management.

Additional Requirements:

• This is a full-time, permanent role with a 42-hour week, Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:30pm) and Saturdays on a rota basis (8:00am-12:30pm).
• Benefits include a £32,000 basic salary plus bonus (OTE/structure not specified).
