We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy automotive aftersales team. Applicants should have strong customer service, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage customer enquiries and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.
Location: Bristol Salary: up to £30,000 basic OTE £35,000 (uncapped) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm on rotation Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 8:00am–12:00pm, paid as overtime Job Reference: 31929

Service Advisor Role
•   Manage customer enquiries, service bookings and vehicle repair appointments.
•   Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer service journey.
•   Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and Workshop Controllers regarding repair progress.
•   Keep customers informed of vehicle servicing, repairs and completion times.
•   Explain recommended maintenance and additional repair work.
•   Maintain accurate customer records, job cards and service documentation.
•   Deliver excellent customer service and support the smooth running of the aftersales department.
Service Advisor Requirements
•   Strong customer service and communication skills.
•   Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•   Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries in a busy environment.
•   Confident telephone manner and good IT skills.
•   Ability to work effectively with workshop and aftersales teams.
