Vehicle Technician - Abingdon
Job Description
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role with a Level 3 qualification, or Level 2 Technician / Mechanic with 3 years’ experience, for one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups, working on a wide range of vehicles. Great salary, benefits, overtime and bonus opportunities.Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
Location: Abingdon
Hours: Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rota
Salary: up to £34,000 basic per annum + bonus, OTE £40,000

My client, a well-established and reputable main dealership, is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and professional aftersales team. Vehicle Technician Role:
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance.
• Vehicle Diagnostics.
• Brakes, suspension, clutches.
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
• We ideally want Level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and Repair however we would consider level 2 vehicle Maintenance and repair. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ. Must be able to show your qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Vehicle Technician
• A full UK driving licence - no more than 9 points or bans on the licence
• Ability to demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
