• Proven experience as a Sales Controller or in a senior sales role within a main-dealer environment
• FCA accreditation is essential
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on efficiency and team development
• Ability to motivate and coach sales staff to high performance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience overseeing vehicle part exchanges and second face customer interactions
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership management software
• A background in training or developing sales teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous main-dealer automotive sales experience
• Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment
• FCA accreditation required
