What You’ll Bring:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ workshop experience
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and no bans
• Strong technical knowledge and effective labour productivity
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with customers
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience coaching or mentoring Apprentice Technicians
• Familiarity with manufacturer technical systems and software
• Knowledge of MOT and Vehicle Safety Report standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or similar
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment
• Valid full UK driving licence
