Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced LCV Service Technician that has worked on vans, 2+ years experience, level 3 qualified ideally, but will consider level 2 qualified candidates, with proof of qualification & a full UK licenseLCV Service Technician - Leeds
Salary – Up to £32,045 Basic + Overtime at 1.25x Pay (Up to £19.37ph Overtime Rate) DOE & Qualifications
Days – Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, 42.5 hours per week, No Weekends

LCV Service Technician Role:
- Carry out maintenance tasks & servicing on vehicles
- Test and check that systems and components are safe, secure and working properly
- Identify and repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
- Test drive vehicles where permitted and correct driving license is held
- Record work carried out on computer systems accordingly and accurately as you go, submitting paperwork to the Workshop Manager /Lead Tech at the end of each day/ shift.
- Complete jobs in full before the end of your shift or carry out job handover as required ensuring the vehicle is left in a safe condition with necessary safety signage present
- Must have a minimum NVQ, IMI, City and Guilds or Mechanical level 2 (or equivalent). Ideally you will have level 3 but we will consider level 2 also
- Must have proof of certificate as they will be requested & needed before starting
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
