Vehicle Technician - Lincoln
Job Description
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role with a Level 3 qualification, or Level 2 Technician / Mechanic with 3 years’ experience, for one of the UK’s leading vehicle retail groups, working on a wide range of vehicles. Great salary, benefits, overtime and bonus opportunities.Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
Location: Lincoln
Pay / salary: up to £37,200 basic per annum plus bonus and overtime
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota

You would be working for a premier international automotive retailer operating dozens of dealership sites across the UK. Representing major prestige and volume motor brands, their workshops maintain and repair thousands of vehicles annually using state-of-the-art diagnostic technology. Skills and experience
• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent; alternatively, Level 2 Technician/Mechanic qualification with at least 3 years’ experience
• Own a well-stocked toolbox suitable for workshop duties
Job Responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician role
• Your primary duty is to maintain, service, and repair a diverse range of customer and dealership vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Carry out routine servicing, safety inspections, vehicle health checks, and complex diagnostic fault-finding.
• Work on mechanical and electrical systems, including brakes, clutches, suspensions, and gearboxes.
