Job Description
The Centre Manager position at the Protyre Gloucester is a permanent, full-time role offering a base salary of £38,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses. of £750 per monthThe role focuses on delivering key business objectives by managing everyday depot operations, building a positive sales culture, and ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and training the workshop team.
- Sales Growth: Maximising customer conversion rates using company phone techniques and follow-up procedures.
- Daily Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day coordination and workflow of the depot.
- Stock & Asset Security: Safeguarding the branch, maintaining accurate stock control systems for auditing, and processing deliveries.
- Safety Compliance: Routine servicing of machinery and enforcing Health & Safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven background as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager in the automotive sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical understanding of car technology and mechanical systems.
- Sales Tracking: Demonstrated history of hitting targets in a retail or sales-focused environment.
- Licencing: A full, current UK Driving Licence.
