Days – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We have a new job vacancy for a Fleet Sales Administrator in Stockport for my client’s main dealership. My client are one of the UK’s largest dealer groups and represent some fantastic brands. - Completing all administration paperwork for fleet department vehicle sales.
- Running and updating daily stock reports.
- Allocation of registrations, ordering leasing company packs and accessories.
- Liaise with PDI centre to ensure vehicle preparation.
- Registering sold vehicles to regulated standards.
- Using in house spreadsheets to ensure accurate invoicing
- Liaising with the sales and sales support teams regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Fleet Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Must have a Full UK Driving License
- 1+ years experience as a Sales Administrator in the motor trade (Used car dealerships, independent garages or main dealers)
- Experience in a main dealership would be advantageous but not essential
- Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules
