Job Description

Centre Manager role for a growing automotive service centre, suited to an experienced manager who can drive strong financial results, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a strong salary package, bonus potential, excellent training and career development benefits.

Location: Rugby
Pay / salary: up to £42,000 basic per annum, plus performance-based bonus, OTE £50,000
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and alternating (1 in 2) Saturdays, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Skills and experience
•    Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment

Job Responsibilities for the Centre Manager role
•    Manage the daily operations of the centre and coordinate workload to achieve business targets efficiently
•    Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards across the centre
•    Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 staff, including technicians and front-of-house colleagues
•    Drive sales performance, maximise revenue opportunities and manage overall centre profitability
•    Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including stock control, stock security, cost control and operational standards
•    Maintain centre presentation and company standards
•    Monitor centre performance and implement improvements where needed
