Job Title: Sales Transaction Controller
Location: Toyota Sidcup
Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped OTE (realistic OTE of £55,000 per annum)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (set day off during the week), Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 16:00, 1 in 3 Sundays (day off in lieu)

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Toyota Sidcup is looking for a motivated Sales Transaction Controller to support a high-performing sales team, maximise profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the sales team in achieving new and used vehicle sales targets
• Maximise finance, insurance, and product penetration opportunities
• Ensure FCA compliance and maintain excellent customer outcomes
• Work closely with customers to provide a professional and transparent purchasing experience
• Drive renewals and customer retention activity
• Monitor and support deal profitability across new and used vehicle sales
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team on vehicle funding and product solutions
• Contribute to achieving dealership volume and profitability objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Transaction Controller
• Alternatively, a Senior Sales Executive with at least 3 years' automotive sales experience looking to progress
• FCA Accredited
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and product sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• A full UK driving licence is essential
