Roadside Technician – Bromley

About the Role

Join a leading roadside assistance team providing emergency breakdown support, diagnostics, and roadside repairs.

• £41,600 basic salary (including London Weighting if applicable)
• Realistic OTE up to £66,000+ with overtime and bonuses
• Average 40-hour working week
• Optional overtime available
• Start and finish from home

This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.

The Role

• Attend roadside breakdowns and emergency callouts
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out repairs including batteries, tyres, and vehicle diagnostics
• Deliver excellent customer service during stressful situations
• Provide safe and efficient roadside assistance

You’ll be fully equipped with a company van, fuel card, tools, uniform, and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
