Mobile Vehicle Technician – Ashford

About the Role

Join a growing mobile repair division delivering planned servicing, maintenance, and repairs directly to customers at their homes or workplaces.

• £40,178 basic salary with OTE up to £52,000
• Guaranteed overtime options plus additional bonus opportunities
• 40 hours per week
• Core hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays

This is a structured mobile role with no emergency callouts or roadside recoveries — just pre-booked jobs and consistent workflow.

The Role

You’ll carry out:

• Routine servicing and maintenance
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically completed in a workshop environment
• Vehicle safety inspections
• Customer advice and repair recommendations

You’ll be provided with a fully equipped van, fuel card, tools, diagnostics equipment, and uniform from day one.

Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
