Service Advisor
Location: Corby
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic, OTE £46,000 (Uncapped)  
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am – 12pm.

Service Advisor Duties
  • Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
  • Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a busy department
  • Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
  • Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor is ideal but not essential
  • At minimum you must have an extensive background in customer service
  • A full UK driving licence
