Our client is currently offering a new opportunity for a Recruitment & Training Administrator to join their Edgware dealership.
 
This role would be ideal for someone with a strong administration background within recruitment & HR, ideally someone who enjoys working in a cross-function and busy environment. With great organisation and communication skills, the Recruitment & Training Administrator will provide seamless support to the HR department in the administration and practical assistance of all tasks that are recruitment & training related.

This is a 12-month FTC with the chance of it being extended further, this will also be a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. 

About the role
 
  • Administer the internal advert process, ensuring all roles are authorised by the relevant director on eploy (our clients internal CRM)
  • Ensure that all vacancies are advertised on the appropriate platforms & removed in a timely manner
  • Maintain a schedule of all vacancies to ensure the process is professionally managed
  • Ensure all direct CV submissions managed effectively, passing appropriate ones to Octane and responding to any unsuccessful direct applicants
  • Support Octane with the Coordination & Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers ensuring these are held in a timely manner and feedback is sort
  • Ensure contracts of employment, offer letters, handbooks and complete starter packs are issued to all new joiners & returned documents filed appropriately
  • Ensure all right to work paperwork is collated & filed for all new joiners
  • Collect & obtain references for employees recruited outside of RPO Provider
  • Ensure all referral payments are passed to the HR Administrator for processing
  • Manage the Recruitment inbox in a timely manner
  • Accurately maintain all personnel files that you have worked on
  • Invite all new joiners to Corporate Induction including their first week plan & centre guide
  • Keep a record of all work permits/visa’s and obtain up to date documents when required
  • Obtain week 1 induction/initial review forms and record on the COE spreadsheet
  • Update and maintain accurate information of employee training (external) within the Training Log
  • Organise and co-ordinate all non-manufacturer training with the appropriate training provider e.g. Excel training

About you
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Be computer literate i.e. Work & Excel
