Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Lexus Croydon
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) basic + uncapped OTE (estimated at £48,000) per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00 (paid at overtime)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in person and over the phone to discuss their service and MOT needs
- Book appointments from the lead qualification team
- Recommend suitable maintenance and repair solutions based on customer needs and budget
- Clearly explain work required, associated costs, and timeframes
- Maintain regular contact with customers and keep them informed on progress
- Provide a professional, honest, and transparent aftersales experience
- Upsell additional services and plans where appropriate
- Meet individual and team targets across upsells and customer satisfaction
- Cover Lexus site as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Service Advisor at a main dealer or independent garage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Organised, professional, and calm under pressure
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is essential
