Vehicle Technician – GranthamSalary: £34,422 basic £45,000 OTE (time saved bonus + team profit)
Hours: Full-time 45 hours per week Weekend rota

The role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
- Completing diagnostic and warranty work with accuracy and efficiency.
- Carrying out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) and maintaining clear digital job records.
- Handling everything from routine servicing to more complex repairs such as cambelt replacements.
What we’re looking for
We want a Vehicle Technician who brings:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Previous workshop experience, ideally covering both servicing and warranty processes.
- Strong teamwork, a safety-first mindset and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- An MOT licence is advantageous, but full training can be provided.
- Ambition and a willingness to learn — this role offers clear development pathways, including hybrid and EV accreditation.
