We are currently recruiting for a Head of Business for our client's main prestige dealership in the Portsmouth area. The role will be working for one of the most well renowned dealer groups in the UK, within a fantastic brand and a superb site. This really is an opportunity of the highest calibre.
The right person must be a confident and professional individual who can take on a performing site, someone with the ability to take on an established team. Looking for a proven Manager - a true leader, someone to drive a well-established team and continue the good work within the site.
Head of Business role:
• You will be managing a large team who cover all aspects of Aftersales, Car Sales and back-office staff
• Running a dealership, working closely with directors & the manufacturer
• Deliver a strong customer service experience
• Deliver / exceed budgets
Head of Business Requirements:
• We are looking for a proven motor trade manager; either someone who already holds a General Manager / Brand Manager / Head of Business position
• Someone with a strong track record of YOY success/over-achievement in a large, successful dealership
• Must be a confident, friendly and professional character - someone with the ability to engage with a well-established team. Strong leadership skills.
• Must be strong with their numbers and be able to back up claims.
• Full UK driving licence
