Service Manager – Stoke on TrentSalary – Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car DOE & Qualifications
Days – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

- You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
- Smooth and efficient running of the service department
- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
- Drive customer service
- Monitoring KPIs
- Driving the team, support and training
- Must have at least 3+ years experience as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at a main dealer or a used car dealership
- Main dealership experience is extremely beneficial but not essential
- Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license
