Location: Toyota Bracknell
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 basic (dependent on experience) + OTE up to £62,000
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch)

What You’ll Do:

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using Audatex or similar estimating platforms

• Ensure customers fully understand repair processes, costs, and expected timeframes

• Schedule and coordinate repair work to maximise bodyshop efficiency and utilisation

• Liaise closely with the Parts team to ensure materials and parts are available to avoid delays in paint or strip work

• Maintain regular contact with customers, insurers, and engineers, providing updates on repair progress

• Track and manage all estimates through the claims process and ensure required approvals are obtained before work begins

• Monitor repair progress and oversee jobs to ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed right first time

• Maintain accurate records and update the customer database with work carried out

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and identifying additional repair opportunities where appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator, Bodyshop Advisor, or Vehicle Damage Assessor

• Experience working within a busy bodyshop, dealership, or accident repair centre

• Strong knowledge of estimating systems such as Audatex

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple repair jobs simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus

• Ability to work proactively and support the wider bodyshop team

• Leadership or team coordination experience would be beneficial

• A full UK driving licence is essential
