What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings across all channels
• Clearly explaining required work, costs, and timescales
• Providing regular updates throughout the service process
• Working closely with technicians and the workshop to monitor progress
• Preparing estimates, authorising work, and ensuring accurate invoicing
• Handling queries or concerns with professionalism and calm
• Maintaining high standards of process, quality, and customer care

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer‑facing role (desirable, not essential)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• A calm, friendly, and inclusive approach
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Automotive experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
• Full UK driving licence
