Vehicle Technician
Location: Kentish Town
Salary: up to £44,345 basic per annum, plus a shift allowance, a weekend supplement for Saturday (£50 per attendance) and Sunday (£100 per attendance) shift attendance is applicable.
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Saturday working will be required on a rotational basis once every 3 weeks.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s established fleet maintenance operation based in Kentish Town. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a large, well‑structured environment, carrying out maintenance and repair work on a diverse vehicle fleet operating to strict safety and compliance standards.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• You will need to have experience as a Vehicle Technician and a relevant and up to date qualification for HGV level 2 or above.
• You will be a person who takes great pride in your work.
• You will have incredible attention to detail and an eye for spotting things others cannot.
• A full UK driving licence - no more than 9 points or bans on the licence
