Car Sales Executive

Location: Toyota Reading (RG2 0LJ)
Salary: £20,000 basic + commission (OTE £55,000+)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:00 (set day off)
Saturday: 09:00–17:00 | 1 in 4 Sundays: 10:00–16:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join the team at Toyota Reading. No previous car sales experience is required — if you’re confident, driven and great with people, we’ll provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them choose the right vehicle

• Present finance options and add-on products

• Manage customer enquiries from start to finish

• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets

• Keep customer records accurate and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• No car sales experience needed — all backgrounds considered

• Confident, positive and customer-focused personality

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Driven to achieve strong earnings

• Able to work well in a fast-paced showroom

• Full UK driving licence
