Parts Supervisor
Job Description
Parts SupervisorSalary: Up to £42,000 basic + £7,000 KPI bonus (OTE £49,000)
Hours: Monday–Friday (45 hours), working 9 hours between 7am–6pm on rota + alternate Saturday mornings
Location: Felixstowe

Do you thrive in a busy parts environment where upselling, promotions, stock control and supporting workshop technicians are key to keeping customers on the road? We are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead a high-performing Parts Department in Felixstowe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Parts Supervisor with strong HGV or LCV parts knowledge who is ready to drive performance, deliver outstanding customer service and support the wider Aftersales operation.
About the Role
As the Parts Supervisor, you will manage the Parts Department to ensure it operates in the most effective, customer-focused and profitable way. You will:
- Motivate, support and lead your team as an effective Parts Supervisor
- Maximise sales, margin and customer satisfaction
- Ensure stock availability, accuracy and compliance with inventory KPIs
- Provide key support to workshop technicians with timely parts supply
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote parts and accessories
- Work closely with the management team to meet wider business objectives
- Improve processes and reduce costs where appropriate
Skills & Experience Required
We’re looking for a Parts Supervisor who brings:
- Proven experience in HGV and/or Van Parts, Inventory, Sales and Stock Control
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
- Strong technical awareness of vehicle components
- Excellent IT literacy (including Excel) and dealership system experience
- Ability to identify parts using catalogues and digital systems
- Strong numerical skills for handling part numbers and data
- A Full UK Driver’s Licence
