Job Title: Master Technician
Location: Chelmsford
Basic Salary: £42,000 OTE: £46,600
Hours: Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday mornings on a rota

We’re looking for a Master Technician to join a well-established and high-performing workshop in Chelmsford. Whether you're from a main dealer or an independent garage, if you're a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to step up, this role offers excellent long-term development, training, and earning potential.

Vehicle Technician Role:

• Carrying out vehicle diagnostics, health checks, servicing, and repairs
• Using the latest diagnostic tools and equipment
• Completing work in line with manufacturer standards and customer requirements
• Road testing vehicles to confirm faults are fixed
• Accurately completing job cards and paperwork
• Working closely with the Service team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction

Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a workshop environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• EV, hybrid or MOT tester experience is a bonus — but not essential
