Seeking a skilled Service Technician to make a difference at Marshall Volvo Derby! What you'll do:

• Perform professional servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring each job meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct diagnostic, warranty, and repair work, using digital tools to provide accurate write-ups and complete job cards.
• Carry out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards, supporting vehicle performance and reliability.
• Handle a range of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt replacements.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training and develop your expertise in electric and hybrid vehicle servicing.

What we’re looking for:

Must-Have:

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic, ideally with warranty and servicing work.
• Strong teamwork ethic, attention to safety, and commitment to high standards of quality.

Nice-to-Have:

• MOT Licence (full training provided if not yet qualified).
• Experience with digital diagnostics and vehicle health checks.

• Competitive basic salary of £37,050 with an OTE of £42,500 based on productivity.
