In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their vehicle needs are met with professionalism and care, while maximizing workshop efficiency and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner, confirming their requirements and overseeing the vehicle throughout its service.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to optimize performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep customers informed regarding vehicle status, offering technical advice, estimates, and upselling accessories when appropriate.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of vehicles, managing all customer and workshop expectations seamlessly.
• Accurately record customer and vehicle details using Kerridge DMS, process repair orders, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Use manufacturer technical information systems confidently and manage warranty documentation efficiently.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive aftersales role with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with Kerridge automotive system knowledge being essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Maths GCSE grade 5 (C) or above.

Nice to Have:

• Additional experience with workshop management systems or automotive software.
• Knowledge of current manufacturer warranty processes.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary of £33,000 plus an OTE of £5,000 per annum (potential earnings up to £38,000).
