Business Manager – Bristol

What you’ll do:

• Support the Sales team by building, presenting, and converting tailored finance and insurance packages
• Ensure compliance with all financial and insurance regulations
• Support the delivery of the Group’s ActiveSales process for maximum departmental performance
• Actively engage with customers, delivering first-class service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to boost new and used vehicle sales and upsell additional products like warranties, paint protection, and insurance

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a Business Manager or Sales Management role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with automotive finance systems
• Familiarity with dealership sales processes and CRM tools
• Additional industry certifications related to finance or management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Previous experience in automotive sales or management roles, ideally within a dealership environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to engage in some travel as needed
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service
