My client is looking for an experience Parts Admin/ Advisor in the Automotive industry that’s looking for a new challenge at a great independent with opportunities for progression
Parts Administrator – Swinton
Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic
Hours - Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, (Usually 8am – 5pm but can be flexible if you want to do 8:30am – 5:30pm. The earliest you can start is 7:30am & latest you can finish is 5:30pm)

Parts Administrator  Role:
  • Inputting and processing parts invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Locating parts in manufacturer parts catalogues for repair jobs, including identifying additional one-use parts (e.g. gaskets, seals, clips) required to complete a job correctly.
  • Managing stock levels across different brands, ensuring the workshop has the parts it needs when it needs them.
  • Managing surcharge returns and warranty part returns in line with manufacturer procedures.
  • Preparing and picking parts for work-in-progress (WIP) quotations and warranty repairs, liaising with technicians and the Workshop/Service Manager as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting general administration within the Parts department.
Parts Advisor Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • 1+ years experience as a Parts Administrator / Parts Advisor
