Days – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota

- You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
- Smooth and efficient running of the service department
- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
- Drive customer service
- Monitoring KPIs
- Driving the team, support and training
- Must have at least 2+ years experience as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at a main / franchised dealership
- Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license
