| General duties & responsibilities (need job description in BH) |
Assist the Parts Manager with the day-to-day running of the Parts Department. Supply parts efficiently to both the workshop and retail customers. Maintain accurate stock control and ensure parts are stored correctly. Process customer orders and returns accurately. Complete vehicle health check administration for the workshop. Answer telephone and face-to-face customer enquiries. Report stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. |
