General duties & responsibilities

  Assist the Parts Manager with the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
  Supply parts efficiently to both the workshop and retail customers.
  Maintain accurate stock control and ensure parts are stored correctly.
  Process customer orders and returns accurately.
  Complete vehicle health check administration for the workshop.
  Answer telephone and face-to-face customer enquiries.
  Report stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
  Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
