Assistant Centre Manager role for a growing automotive service centre, suited to an experienced professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, safety and excellent customer service. Pay / salary: Up to £34,000 basic per annum
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am – 4pm, with a day off in the week

Job Responsibilities for the Protyre Assistant Centre Manager role
• Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring targets and business objectives are met
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Allocate work effectively to technicians to maximise productivity and maintain high standards
• Maintain strong operational standards, including cleanliness, stock control, cost control and compliance
• Assist with MOT testing, servicing and vehicle maintenance duties when required
