Job Description

Service Advisor required for a busy automotive aftersales department, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the vehicle service and repair journey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership group with a strong reputation for customer care and employee development.

Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 basic with uncapped OTE (£40,000+)
Job type: Permanent / Full-Time

Shift and schedule:
•    Full-time position until February 2027.
•    Following February 2027, the role will transition to a part-time position working 27 hours a week,
•    Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.
•    1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Skills and Experience Needed:
•    Previous experience as a Service Advisor
•    Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Job Responsibilities for the Service Advisor role: 
•    Provide excellent customer care, building rapport and managing expectations throughout the service journey.
•    Book customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work.
•    Manage the workshop diary effectively to maximise efficiency and support agreed completion times.
•    Liaise with technicians and workshop management, keeping customers updated on work in progress.
•    Explain completed work, repair requirements and associated costs clearly and professionally.
