Used Car Sales Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £45,000 basic OTE £65,000 + Company car
Hours: 40 hours across Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week, no Sundays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a main dealer site in Bristol. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Used Car Sales Manager, or a Business Manager looking to step up and lead a dynamic sales department.

Used Car Sales Manager Role

• Manage and motivate the Sales Executive team to achieve strong monthly performance through structured coaching, sales processes, and professional development
• Ensure exceptional customer service while maximising sales and profit per unit, working closely with the finance team to deliver the best deal options
• Oversee used vehicle stock levels, ensuring the department meets market demand with the right product mix
• Maintain and ensure all online adverts meet company and manufacturer standards and guidelines

Used Car Sales Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as Sales Manager or within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of used vehicle sales fundamentals
• Proven success in running larger sales teams and delivering targets
• Full UK driving licence
