Tyre Manager – Tyre & Alignment CentreLocation: Nottingham
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: full‑time, no Sundays or Bank Holidays

A long‑established, family‑run automotive group is seeking an experienced Tyre Manager to lead a busy tyre and alignment centre. This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive knowledge who enjoys managing people, driving performance and running an efficient, customer‑focused workshop.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday (bi‑weekly): 08:00 – 13:00
- No Sundays or Bank Holidays

The Role – Tyre Manager
As the Tyre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operation of the tyre and alignment centre, ensuring high standards of service, safety and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day‑to‑day branch operations
- Leading, coaching and developing the workshop team
- Overseeing mobile tyre van operations
- Driving tyre and alignment sales performance
- Maintaining excellent workshop standards and housekeeping
- Monitoring KPIs and overall branch performance
- Managing staff performance and development
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing an automotive or tyre service centre
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Background in managing technicians or workshop staff
- Good commercial awareness and sales focus
- Proactive, hands‑on management style
- Full UK driving licence
