Superflex Roadside Mechanic – Shepherds Bush

About the Role

Join a leading roadside assistance team as a Superflex Roadside Mechanic, providing emergency breakdown support and roadside repairs in a fast-paced mobile role.

• £50,669 basic salary
• OTE up to £57,000+ with bonuses and overtime
• Average 40 hours per week across the year
• Flexible shift patterns between 6:00am – 2:00am
• Roster provided 7 days in advance
• Core hours confirmed 3 days prior

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy flexibility, variety, and working independently.

The Role

• Attend roadside breakdowns and emergency callouts
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out roadside repairs including batteries, tyres, and diagnostics
• Deliver excellent customer service and reassurance to motorists
• Manage van stock, equipment, and reporting accurately

You’ll be fully equipped with a company van, fuel card, tools, uniform, and diagnostic equipment from day one.

Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Customer-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible approach to working hours and travel
• Comfortable with occasional overnight stays if required
