Salary: £29,741.40 per annum + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (with optional Saturday overtime)

Are you a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a professional Site Driver to join our team at Lexus Croydon, playing a key role in ensuring our vehicles and customers are looked after to the highest standard.

As a vital part of our dealership, you’ll help keep everything moving smoothly – from vehicle coordination to delivering a welcoming and seamless on-site experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely move vehicles around the site and between departments
• Maintain car park organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient vehicle flow
• Prepare vehicles for customer handover, ensuring they are clean and ready on time
• Welcome customers on-site and direct them to the appropriate department
• Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts and Valet teams to support daily operations
• Ensure all vehicles are handled in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of the car park area
• Report any vehicle damage, faults or customer concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can collaborate across departments
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is desirable but not essential
