Job Description
Customer Sales Advisor - BurnleySalary – £27,301 Basic + Bonus OTE £28k
Days – Monday – Friday, between 8am-7pm shifts for e.g. (8am – 5:30pm or 9am-6:30pm), 43 hours per week, Weekends on a rota

- Working on behalf of the dealerships as an extension of the sales department to help create a positive and professional impression to new and returning customers who are interested in purchasing a vehicle
- Responding to internet enquiries via phone and email as well as answering inbound calls
- Creating a desire for the customer to want to view the car in person and turning an online enquiry into an appointment, data capturing, building rapport, answering questions about the vehicle and overcoming objections
- Creating, organising, updating and adding to your own diary of customers to contact using our personalised contact process
- Chasing a lead: Liaising with managers and sales executives in the showrooms to observe whether your customer has purchased the vehicle or not
- 1+ years experience working in a similar role for e.g. a call/ contact centre
- A good knowledge of the automotive industry would be ideal but not essential
- Good communication & customer service skills
