About the Role
This is a standout opportunity for a Master Technician ready to take their expertise to the next level within a high‑performing aftersales environment. As a Master Technician, you’ll be the go‑to specialist for the most complex diagnostic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic challenges — the person the workshop relies on when only the highest level of technical mastery will do. You’ll be working with cutting‑edge tools, advanced diagnostic technology and continuous manufacturer training, all designed to support your growth as a Master Technician.

What You’ll Receive in Return
  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped bonus potential.
  • Ongoing manufacturer training, including EV & hybrid qualifications.
  • Clear pathways to progress your technical and leadership career.
  • Life assurance, tool insurance and a contributory pension scheme.
  • Colleague discounts, wellbeing support and access to a premium benefits platform.
  • A commitment to equal opportunities across all areas of employment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, diagnostic, warranty and repair work across multiple vehicle models.
  • Completing complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Acting as a technical mentor, guiding and supporting less experienced Technicians to improve efficiency and capability.
  • Upholding exceptional safety, quality and process standards across the workshop.

What We’re Looking For
  • A fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in advanced diagnostics, electrical systems and mechanical repair.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a structured, process‑driven environment.
  • Someone with a natural mentor mindset — confident in sharing knowledge and supporting others.
  • A professional who takes pride in being, or becoming, a Master Technician within a respected automotive group.

This is an environment where a Master Technician can truly thrive, with access to industry‑leading training, electric & hybrid accreditation pathways, and long‑term career progression.
