Salary: up to £37,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE £42,800
Hours: full time, 5 working days

Workshop Manager Responsibilities
• Lead the workshop by example and manage the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Staffing, training, and development
• Allocate jobs to technicians, balance workloads, and meet deadlines
• Manage workshop budget
Workshop Manager Requirements
• Previous experience working in an automotive workshop, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient IT skills and experience handling administrative tasks
• Full UK driving licence
