Parts Advisor
Location: Guildford
Salary: up to £29,053 basic OTE £33,053
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 18:00pm, Saturdays mornings on a rota.

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our client’s successful and expanding team in Guildford. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
  • Locate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliers
  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records
  • Ensure the parts department is well organised and clean at all times
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Regularly update the parts database with new stock and pricing
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Parts Advisor Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the motor trade is preferred
  • Main Dealer experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Organised, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
